Our Company will keep any data you, and your clients, enter into the platform for as long as you have an active subscription tied to your account. An active subscription is defined as any ActiveManage Lifestyle subscription where a monthly fee is charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. If you cancel your subscription or your subscription is no longer classed as active due to reasons such as non-payment of subscription fees, we will keep your data for 6 months after this date. This allows you to keep all your data should you wish re-activate your subscription. If you do not re-activate your account within this time period then your data, and your clients data, will be deleted.

Marketing

If you have consented to receiving marketing from Our Company, then we may send you information regarding our services, special offers and announcements.

You may always opt out of receiving marketing at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please go to the 'My Account' section and update your preferences.
